GENERAL POLICIES

It is not necessary to supply your pet’s bed. Each suite has a comfortable bed and a sherpa pad. You are welcome to bring a favorite blanket or pillow to make the pet feel more at home but please understand that we can not be held responsible for lose or damage.

Raw Food is not included in your pet's rate for boarding. We feed the Biologically Appropriate Raw Food diet, a raw food diet that is specifically designed for dogs to promote health and well being. If you do not want to have your pet’s diet changed please feel free to bring along enough food for their stay. Some pets do not do well when their food is changed and an upset stomach or diarrhea may occur.

We do not accept rawhide of any kind with boarders.

When you arrive at the kennel please do not walk around the side to look for your dog. It is very disruptive and chances are the dog it will upset the most is your own.

All medications MUST be in their original containers. We charge a minimum of $2 per day to administer medications to your pet. Rates are based on the frequency of administration.

When you arrive you will be asked to sign our Boarding Contract. This is non-negotiable.

Please note that there will be a space for telephone numbers on the contract agreement. Please provide us with telephone numbers where you (and only you) may be contacted during your holiday. Please, do not give us the number of a neighbor or friend. The purpose of giving us the numbers is so that we might be able to contact YOU if we have problems with your pet during its stay. Local veterinarians want to speak to you personally.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

Although we accept items from home to accompany your pet during their visit with us, we cannot accept responsibility for such items should they be lost or destroyed. While we do everything in our power to keep these articles safe, clean, and with your pet for their intended use, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEM(S) WHICH BECOME LOST OR DESTROYED.

DESTRUCTIVE ANIMAL POLICY

IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OF THE PET FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE, ESCAPE, OR LOSS DONE TO THE KENNEL OR THEIR PET THROUGH IT’S ACTIONS.

EMERGENCY SERVICES POLICY

The owner shall bear the reasonable and necessary cost of emergency veterinary treatment for any illness or injury occurring while the animal is in the custody of the boarding establishment. The boarding establishment shall not be required to bear the cost of treatment for injuries resulting from the animal's self-mutilation.

Should you have any questions regarding these policies please feel free to discuss them with us BEFORE ADMITTING YOUR PET.

Thank you for your cooperation,
